Goldfields annual visit to Perth

Once again BJFC played host to the visiting Goldfields combined team last weekend and a fun time was had by all. The team is a combination of the 4 best players from each of the 5 Goldfields Clubs and this was displayed by their skills on field. This years game was a fantastic game to watch and a 'nail biter' down to the final siren with Ballajura 12's winning the first round of the fight for the annual trophy by just 1 point.

Congratulations to the representative Ballajura team - now more hard training ready for the next rounds in Kalgoorlie.

Overall, the weekend was enjoyed by all and many thanks to the Ballajura parents, Canteen Staff and all organisers in the Goldfields and Ballajura for making the weekend so enjoyable for the boys. A particular thanks to the Goldfields boys for being so well behaved and well mannered throughout their stay making them a credit to their respective clubs and parents.
