By popular demand we have again decided to operate the Beach Runs every Sunday morning through late January, February and March and again, with beach breakfasts on specified days. The first Beach Run will be on Sunday 29 January, departing Kingfisher car park at 8.15 sharp at a cost of $2 per player or other family members. Parents attending will be asked to supervise and will therefore not be charged. On the days when we have breakfast at the beach, a $5 charge will be made to cover the bus and breakfast.
The format is usually a bit of a run, maybe some exercises and games, but most importantly, it's all about keeping active and having fun! So bring a friend or a team-mate and get fit for next season.
