UNDER 12's MERREDIN/GOLDFIELDS 2010 ITINERARY

PLEASE NOTE: THIS ITINERARY IS SUBJECT TO CHANGES

Thursday 8 July	8.30am	Meet at Kingfisher Oval to pack the bus
	8.45am	Depart
	12:00	Arrive Merredin and unpack the trailer and bus Light Lunch and players to prepare for afternoon game
	2:00pm	Weekend Game 1: Merredin JFC v Ballajura Green at Merredin Oval Followed by trophy presentations for the Best on Ground for each team and a sausage sizzle with Merredin players parents and officials
	6:00pm	Dinner followed by indoor games Players will be camping in the Merredin Football Club function room. The room is carpeted with wood heater however bedding is needed
Friday 9 July	8:30am	After breakfast and cleanup, depart Merredin
	11:30am	Arrive Southern Cross BBQ lunch at the bush bar-b-que area (65k's east of Southern Cross)
	1:30pm	Continue to Kalgoorlie
	4:30pm	Kalgoorlie Mining Accomodation Centre KALGOORLIE and unpack the trailer and bus. Make up beds
	5-6pm	Change into footy gear for a short 1 hour training session on Boulder Oval - Take a change of clothes as we will be staying at the Oval for evening entertainment Showers and change
	6:30-9:00pm	Meet the Goldfields Player - Dinner - Quiz night
	9:10pm	Return to Accommodation Centre
	9:30pm	Lights Out
Saturday 10 July	7:00am	Wake up call
	7:15am	Breakfast
	8:30am	Transfer to Sir Richard Moore Oval to prepare for the first game
	9:30am	Weekend Game 2: Goldfields 1 v Ballajura Gold Players playing the next game meet in the changing rooms at the start of the 3rd quarter
	10:30am	Weekend game 3: Goldfields 3 v Ballajura Green
	12:30pm	The games will be followed by lunch (provided) and trophy presentations
	2:00pm	Tour of Kalgoorlie for all players visiting Goldfields Museum, Mt Charlotte, Super Pit, Hannan Street etc
	4:00pm approx	Return to Accommodation Centre
	6:00pm	Free time until dinner
	7pm-10pm	Video Night
	10:30pm	After a light supper - showers, before lights out
Sunday 11 July	7:00am	Wake up call
	7:30am	Breakfast
	8:30am	Depart Accommodation Centre

Depart

Light lunch and players to prepare for afternoon game

WEEKEND GAME 1

MERREDIN J F C v Ballajura Green at Merredin Oval

2.00pm

Followed by trophy presentations for the Best on Ground for each team and a sausage sizzle with Merredin players parents and officials

Dinner followed by indoor games
6.00pm

Barbeque lunch at the bush bar-b-que area (65k’s east of Southern Cross)

Continue to Kalgoorlie

1.30pm

Kalgoorlie Mining Accommodation Centre KALGOORLIE and unpack the trailer and bus. Make up beds.

4.30pm

5 - 6pm
Showers and change
Meet the Goldfields Player - Dinner - Quiz night 6.30 - 9pm

Return to Accommodation Centre

Lights out 9.30pm

10 July
Wake up call 7am
Breakfast 7.15am

WEEKEND GAME 2:

GOLDFIELDS 1 v BALLAJURA GOLD

09.30am

Players playing the next game meet in the changing rooms at the start of the 3rd quarter

WEEKEND GAME 3:

GOLDFIELDS 2 V BALLAJURA GREEN

10.30am

The games will be followed by lunch (provided) and trophy presentations

12.30pm

Tour of Kalgoorlie for all players visiting Goldfields Museum, Mt Charlotte, Super Pit, Hannan Street etc
2pm
Return to Accommodation Centre 4pm approx.
Free time until dinner 6pm
Video Night 7pm - 10pm

Tour: Hannan’s Gold Mine including panning, gold pouring demo. & underground tour

9.00am

Lunch at MacDonalds

12.30pm
Return to the Accommodation Centre to change 1.30pm
Depart for the Goldfields Aquatic Centre 2pm
Return to the Accommodation Centre 4pm
Free time 4.15 - 6pm
Dinner 6.15pm
Evening entertainment and games 7.30 - 9pm
Showers then lights out 10.30pm

Monday
12 July

Wake up call and pack your gear

6.30am

Breakfast

7.00am
General clean up and load the bus and trailer 8.00am
Leave Kalgoorlie 9am
Chicken Treat Merredin for lunch. 1pm
Arrive Kingfisher car park 6pm

NOTE: The itinerary may change as we are looking at joint activities with Ballajura and Goldfields players during the weekend.
